Impact in Alt Worklife

Let us take an example of a config parameter, ExpectedJoiningDateValidationDays which has been activated.

This rule says, if expected Date of Joining (DOJ) is earlier than the current date then it can be backdated by n number of days, where n is the value entered in the Value textbox.

Now when recruiter goes to Onboarding > Prosective Hire, clicks on wedge shaped icon against Prospective Hire's name who is at STAGE Joining, selects View Onboarding Details and clicks on JOINED button, he will be able to enter a DOJ earlier than Expected DOJ which shouldn't exceed the number of days entered in the Value textbox otherwise an error message stating the number of allowed days will be displayed and system will not let the recruiter save the DOJ.

Likewise, we have other config parameter rules affecting other parts of Onboarding module.
